Janja Garnbret visits!

In 2022 and 2023, the GOAT dropped by to showcase her prowess. Accompanied by SG’s strongest boulderers, they tackled a variety of problems from paddle dynos, delicate slabs and traditional powerful climbing on our massive 70 degree roof in front of a cheering crowd of 400. 

 

Janja was super friendly and candid during the Q&A session where the audience asked her about her training and approach to competitions. Her climbing workshops and masterclasses also helped our local boulderers stay motivated and inspired to improve their skills.

 

Janja and Roman (her coach) also set 3 test-piece problems to challenge our local climbers. Roman also conducted a coaching workshop for coaches of elite athletes and a training session for the youth teams of various gyms in Singapore.
